The moron who postulates we're going to abandon recruiting the guy who has been our top priority for over a year, playing at a position of high need, because we landed a significantly lower ranked player with a completely different skill set thinks I'm the one who's not good at this

I just want to clarify that your position is that the Jimmer Freddette of Glens Falls is a significantly better player than Heath.

It's an inexact science, but Girard is certainly being recruited as if he's a better player than Heath. I hope they're both great

Girard was game mvp at the dyckman Park tourney recently.

Zach Freemantle from Bergen Catholic who had recently picked up a BC offer, committed to Xavier the other day on an OV.

Top 75 player Marcus Watson (GA) taking an official this weekend.

BC made final 8 for Anthony Walker who is playing a PG year at Brewster. Final 8 include BC, Illinois, Miami, URI, Pitt, VCU, Kansas (no offer yet per rivals) and Maryland (no offer yet per rivals). He currently has visits scheduled to most of the 8 except BC, but being at Brewster for the last year, I would expect him to make an unofficial at some point.

Not an overwhelming offer list for Kamari Williams. Maybe another Bowman/JRob under-recruited player? Spinelli was his recruiter and I trust him.

A lot to like about Williams. Provides good size though he will have to get stronger. Definitely worth taking a chance on Walt Williams' son. One concern: His HS team does not play in a strong league. So, unlike Tabbs and Heath, who play in and against the WCAC, Williams will definitely need some time to adjust to the higher level of talent in the ACC.

The scholarship thing isn't a big deal, in the next year Bowman's probably gone and 1 or 2 guys will transfer due to normal attrition

I have no inside info, but from reading the Cuse bball board, they seem to think that its down to BC & Syracuse. I think it may be telling that he has waited this long and not pulled the trigger to Cuse already, but that is a pure guess (could also be that its football season and hes just waiting). FWIW, BC was the most recent OV he has taken and JC visited him within the last few weeks.

Looks like Robbie Beran has trimmed his list further, down to 4.
