So nobody else probably remembers this but several of you threw a fit when we were recruiting the guy who is now WKU's best player. In retrospect a guy who goes for 15 and 10 in Conference USA probably was, in fact, an ACC player.

I'm a little confused also.

If so the kid had offers from Michigan St, Ohio St and Duke/Kentucky were close.

He fits the guard mold they like (6'4").

BCSUPERFAN22 {l Wrote}:A few people on twitter have said that Smith "received an offer" from BC. I read somewhere that BC was doing an in-home with him this weekend and I believe Bill Wuczynksi was the lead recruiter for him when he was originally being recruited and committed to Illinois.

Believe Creighton is also scheduled to visit and Tom Crean apparently also has a strong relationship with Smith so Georgia can be considered a potential threat.

His contract was already running through 2020 so hardly a lame duck. Jarmond has revealed himself as looking to be gone from here in the next two or three years.
