Don't look now...2015 PF Jeremy Miller from New Hampton just committed. Top-100 prospect.

Hope for the Don?

He's at New Hampton... any chance he can graduate early and be a part of the 2014 class instead?

Any chance he could become the big in the 2012 class?

That's the difference between graduating Boston College and graduating only from the Evening School (which was really just the Campus School for adults).

too little too late barring 3 more 4-5 stars before the end of the season. it needs to be a LOADED class for him to have a chance to stay around

From scout

Boston College prioritized New Hampton (N.H.) Prep power forward Jeremy Miller and that paid off on Thursday.
According to New Hampton coach Pete Hutchins, Steve Donahue and his staff watched Miller, a 6-foot-9 power forward, multiple times, offered him a scholarship and see him as a good fit for their program.

“I think that was the one school that has been able to evaluate him consistently and frequently and I think that gave them the upper hand in figuring out who Jeremy is and they felt comfortable with him,” Hutchins told Scout.com.

Clemson, Florida, VCU, George Washington and Temple all dabbled with Miller at times, but Boston College was consistent with their effort.

Hutchins also cited proximity to home as one of the factors for Miller choosing Boston College.

“Opportunity to play in front of family,” he responded when asked why he chose Boston College.

“He felt comfortable with the coaching staff,” Hutchins added. “He has an opportunity to develop under some great coaches and lastly opportunity to hopefully help change their program around.”

Miller is averaging nine points and six rebounds during his junior year at New Hampton.

Miller also wants to play close to home. Any BC coach would have had a solid chance getting him to commit.

Boner would have gotten in double figures in at least one stat.

If you're talking about his neck, then yes.

It's interesting that you're back after a big win to defend your boyfriend again. Things quiet down at work, dominoj?

New offer out to the 2014 class this week to SF Djuan Piper from Washington. Don't see any chance of getting him though.

Yeah, I had read something pretty recently about him and sounded like he was staying close to home...leaning Washington

Rutgers has offered 2014 Point Pleasant Beach (NJ) PG Matt Farrell, according to @Scott_Stump.

Even if Farrell plays well at Rutgers, that doesn't mean Don should have used his one 2014 scholarship on him. We need size, not another perimeter player.

I agree not wanting to give him a scholarship... But saying that if he turns out to be good, BC still wouldn't need him is asinine

With Clifford coming back and we have him for 2 more years we do not need another center.
