Yes. Probably both. And if that happens, expect the Celtics to throw a ton of cash at Love.

Do the Celtics still play basketball?

i think so. they chose not to play nba this year, though

If a team elects not to play in the NBA and no one notices, does it play a game?

Is that why they're getting a top 3 pick and are looking for love?

Jordan was just as athletic, a better shooter from the perimeter, a better ball handler, a better passer when he bothered and as good a defender. LeBron is better at rebounding and being big, and he can probably cover more positions effectively.

Everything you say here is debatable but the passing. Lebron was a better passer in high school than Jordan ever was.

Not even close.

Do you even like sports?

Lebron could play the 1 through 5 on both ends of the court. He's physically unreal. I'll admit he doesn't have the killer instinct that Mike and Kobe possess, but it's mainly from being unselfish.

The fact that you would even lump MJ in with Kobe says about all I need to know about your basketball knowledge.

LeBron is a bull in a china shop in a league that no longer gives a rat's ass about its place settings. He's the small forward version of Shaquille O'Neal, with a decent jumper. He's just fucking bigger than everyone else and he gets away with murder. He's basically Rob Gronkowski - gigantic, and not likely to get called for all the illegal shit he does.

Regardless, the NBA sucks and is borderline unwatchable drivel.

Kobe's stat line and championship rings would disagree.

I'll certainly agree that the NBA is terrible television for the average fan. I'd rather read a post by AngryDick about my ex than watch a second of playoff basketball.

Kobe was a ball hog that rode Shaq to several titles and has done little else since. He scores a lot. And Scott Brosius has a lot of rings.

The NBA is terrible TV precisely because LeBron and his awful style of play were chosen to be the centerpiece of league marketing after Kobe.

And MJ wasn't a ball hog? The best players shoot the ball. I don't have to be Coach Kresdfhjkeii to know that. If I was a GM and had to pick between a 20 year old Lebron, MJ, Kobe, Duncan, etc I'd pick Lebron every time and twice on Sunday.

I'd choo-choo-choose LeBron because he is teh king and he doesn't want to also play baseball but he could be a tight end in the NFL if he wanted to just like Jammy Grahams.

The fact that he didn't even mention the 6'9'' PG that was essentially LeBron with more skill is telling in this conversation. In any event, if you are starting a team from scratch among the all time players, you start with a two-way pivot like Wilt, Russell, Kareem or Olajuwon. I'd start with Hakeem at 20.

I like Haslem. He's a situational player that comes through when the other team decides to leave him alone. That's 90% of the NBA.
