up two possessions with two min to go at home against a top 5 team sunday 6 pm espnu timelslot, blow it, have a chance to tie it play at the rim no dice lose by two. now have 5 acc losses by less than 5 points.

I think the main difference (fortunately for us) might be that we're the team with some young talent, so we're eligible for moral victories. unless they are too. if that's the case, carry on.

BC is better than Clemson. They'll kick our butt down there in a few weeks but still

Shoehorn.

Clemson's best player, by large margin, is senior forward Devin Booker. They start a second senior who is by no means great but is 6'9 and averages just under 10 pts a game and plays nearly 28+ minutes a game. Therefore, next year Clemson will be without their best player and 2/3 of their starting front court by virtue of graduation. So when Clemson loses 5 ACC games by less than 5 points, unless it is primarily behind the efforts of underclassman (Roper had a great shooting night it looks like, but Booker had a double double against Miami's monster frontcourt), it is hard to care whether they are almost there because the team that is competitive but not winning will never play together again.

Nice work.
