On the horrible student attendance, they need to have the students sit in the student section. Right now they're grabbing DBS seats instead.

The student attendance is a major issue. More kids should want to go even if we aren't winning.

It impacts:

1. recruiting
2. home court advantage
3. our player morale
4. viewer perception on national tv
5. BC athletics profit

Maybe it's time to lower our academic standards -- not for our athletes but for our students. We need more students who want a college experience that includes blowing off classes for bit time basketball and football......

I don't remember the Saturday at noon classes, are they new? Also how do the academically inferior students at places like Stanford, Duke, Georgetown, Vanderbilt and Notre Dame get away with "blowing off classes" so often?

hockey is continually packed.

performance has nothing to do with the amount of students who decide to use their time and money for their viewing entertainment.

Hockey is NOT continually packed. For a championship team i would say the crowd also has much room for improvement

From a student standpoint, it is continually packed...and a trillion times better attended than hoopies.

Make basketball games free to students as long as they actually sit in the student section

Okay I was wrong about hockey attendance, the recap videos I watch just haven't looked overly impressive (i don't get too many hockey games) but clearly the stats prove me wrong. Sorry about that
