naming a random percentage doesn't help your shitty argument.

actually it absolutely does. especially seeing as most would argue anderson has made a big jump and his ppg is up by that amount and his rebounds are up by much less.

No its absolutley fucking retarded, why would the improvement of one player mean that the improvement of another player would go up similarly? That's just stupid.

it wouldnt you fucking idiot. try again, this time try a little reading comprehension.

Heckmann is horrible. I don't care if he made a couple jump shots tonight. He gave up a couple wide open 3s with his laughable rotation on D.

The others are fine in minor roles.

i didnt really think it needed to be specified, but when i say we have 3 players, i mean there are 3 players on this team who i would be comfortable giving any serious minutes to on an acc team. i.e. north of 20 minutes. others can play a handful of minutes. but i dont consider fringe acc role players to be acc players.

Which players on the last Tyrese Rice BC tournament team would be "ACC players" in your eyes? Rice, Trapiani? Did you use your awesome baskebtall analysis to realize Jackson would be a better player than he was as a freshamn and include him? Did you include Raji even though his game had major holes? Biko even though he blew that year?

Just so you know, Clifford's rebounds per minute has gone up 43% from freshman to sophomore year. Shooting the same percentage on half the shots, so his scoring numbers are slightly down. All of this coming while being injured and missing a fair amount of the garbage games. Putting up those numbers would be good, especially considering that what's required of a center in Donahue's system is not the same as in others (context, what's that?).

If anything, citing Anderson's jump helps my argument more than yours. If you don't think a mobile seven footer can improve between his freshman and sophomore years, then I really can't help you. Like I said... he's probably made strides since last year. He's just been hurt. I'd absolutely believe that if a healthy Cliff played 25-30, he could average 12-6. You'd have to be dense to vehemently disagree.

the argument -which I didn't realize was occurring because no one is on the other side- is that Clifford will not be the best center in the ACC absent total health recovery AND massive improvement. Coincidentally the same poster believes he is not an ACC player despite the fact that freshman year he was statistically better than all BC centers of the Skinner era except *** ******* in his junior year and Agbai in his last two years.

i'm not a doctor and i know it's the conte morgue but i don't think it would be a wise idea to have a guy that had a concussion so bad he couldn't walk off the bench less than an hour after sustaining said concussion?

you weirdos call try to convince me till your blue in the face that clifford is going to be the best acc center/dominant player/whatever you want to call him, but if you think hes the missing link from going to suckitude to tournament youre lost. thats the point.

He's not going to be the best ACC center or dominant player. He's improved in spite of his injury and the team is a better unit with him on the floor. He's important to this team and they clearly play worse without him and THAT'S the point.

Try watching more than four and a half games per season, and maybe your opinions won't be terrible. Also, my argument wasn't that Clifford was going to be the best ACC center, but hey, I'm not a psychic, so maybe he can be. Naming a random percentage and saying he can't achieve it is no way to make a point, as half-assed as said point actually is.

There's no way the refs are letting BC back in this.

thatll help hanlon a lot. half the passes he makes when he drives are to players who are scared to shoot. the other half goes to those who brutally miss them.
