whats more frustrating?

when you have a great coaching staff (x's and o's) that cant recruit or a poor coaching staff (x's and o's) that is a recruiting machine?

this isnt a cooley vs donahue debate...mainly because im not convinced that donahue is anywhere near a great coach as of now.
hey huerta if you readin this dont tell jimmy **** that i put xlax in teh chuck wagons...lol
