NJIT is good

NJIT is a very good team with a player who was named a Star-Ledger College Summer League All-Star for his play this summer in the top college summer league in New Jersey.

They will probably be a 6 or 7 seed in the NCAA tourney, I think. I am hoping Al can out-coach them tonight and eke out a victory.

NJIT plays in the Great West with South Dakota, Utah Valley, Chicago State, North Dakota, Houston Baptist, and Texas-Pan Am. The champion has an auto-bid to the CIT. Those travel costs seem worth it.

Isn't seeing a genuine Star-Ledger College Summer League All-Star enough?

NJIT ‘s Men’s basketball program set the record of the most winless team in D-I history in the 2008 season with a losing streak of 49 games, breaking Sacramento State University’s old D-I record. This acknowledgment has given NJIT’s athletic program national recognition. With new recruits and a new head coach, NJIT Men’s basketball ended a 51-game losing streak on January 21, 2009 with a 61-51 win over the Bryant University Bulldogs.

NJIT also holds the worst blowout in college basketball history versus the University of Maryland[[1]]

-Wikipedia. That is all.

ps. And we played Bryant? This schedule has some horrible teams on it.

Al won't press and I say the over/under on timeouts is 1.

wow oj, you're slipping. the set up here was that bc is the horrible team in every game. it's not like you to miss a chance to slam the team - especially this year.

maybe its due to you being 900 miles from boston and tired

450

There's schools for technology in New Jersey? Have they figured out how to make fire and hunt and gather yet?

No. But they're very adept at building smelly dilapidated factories and turnpikes.
