This team isn't bad, nor are they good. Probably a fitting end to this season.

I feel like this is headed towards another bottom-out in Year 4 and the coach getting fired unless Earl does some major work in the transfer portal.

Players that need to be shown the door in no particular order - JZ, Kelly (he cannot be your PG1 next year), Prince and probably Mighty (unless you're going to coach him correctly. If I see him take one more power dribble at 7 feet tall I'll scream).

The guard play needs to drastically improve and that means a lot less of Harris.

you can do a whole lot worse than mighty as your backup 5 for 10 min a night (esp given the lens of the bigs development we've had under grant and this was his first year)

I don’t know much about this JZ back to the midwest rumor, but he’s far from the issue. The issue is lack of useful bench minutes. Some nights Hand is a blackhole that throws the ball anywhere in the direction of the rim within 3 seconds of touching his hands and other nights he does the same but it goes in. Aligbe is just not useful on offense and his confidence is all gone. Plus he’s played out of position as a wing.

I think Zachery is not an ACC athlete. This makes him a below average defender and a poor finisher. He makes really bad decisions in key spots with the ball. He's not a good shooter.

Prince is not a good basketball player at all. But he's an athlete. On the bench, where both of them should be, I'd rather have athletes to coach than limited skill players. That said, Prince brings so little offensively, this one is a tough call.

I'd probably keep Zachery over Prince if you had to choose. But I wouldn't like it.
