Wonder if this means something more than obstruction of justice. Don't the Pats have a guy on a roster who was convicting of assaulting a cop? Feel like this isn't a "morality" release, since football teams generally don't give a shit what kind of human being you are if you're fast and strong enough.

Also, not to go all ib "wish I went to law school" on you, but does the fact that it was announced he would be arrested on Obstruction of Justice like a week ago but he wasn't arrested till now mean they waited until they could bring a more serious charge against him? Based on tweets coming from reporters at the courthouse, the amount of video/audio evidence the prosecution has is incredible.

They are saying the motive is that AH was mad at Odin Lloyd for talking to people he didn't like at Rumor two days earlier. They have text msgs and home surveillance evidence backing this up.
