It's pretty funny, would have been funnier if Peyton's arm fell off.

Huh? Brady had a full arbitration hearing . . . and testified, and lost. I have not read the decision, but I assume the Second Circuit simply found there was no impropriety in the hearing process or procedures, and upheld the results of that arbitration? If so, I don't think what you said is actually correct regarding the impact of this.

The Fed Court's involvement is supposed to be related to the powers of the Commissioner as collectively bargained by the Union and Owners. The CBA gives Goodell wide discretion and the Court basically is saying Roger was within his powers to suspend Brady. Full stop. Berman, media members and fans get caught up in the merits. But, that was never something that was supposed to be in front of the Court.

ESPN {l Wrote}:Brady signed a two-year contract extension during the offseason that dropped his 2016 salary from $9 million to $1 million. That could save Brady almost $2 million in lost salary during a four-game suspension.

This shows he knew he was guilty.

Or it shows that they read the tea leaves like everyone else after the hearing and determined Berman was off the reservation. Checkers, meet chess.
