I did put this on EA as well. How many of us are not banned over there anyway? 3?
They are going to do a huge story on Herzy, as expected, who is being interviewed by Tony Ronaldi. Ronaldi is a great story teller. The feature on Herzy is going to massive and will be entire segment. They will have Herzy live on set right after the segment airs. As we all agree, he deserves it!
They are going to do a mention/small piece on Jay McGillis, which I think is great. It was a similar story that ended the wrong way and his story means a great deal to BC's history.
Miami vs. Oklahoma was the other option they still considered. It was passed over because it was not "the game" and the atmosphere for the Gameday production stuff is terrible. Stadium not on campus, fan base not huge. BC will be a better venue. BC represented itself well the last time Gameday came and that stood out vs Miami vs Oklahoma option. Obviously, they not only think the Herzy's story is a wonderful success story, ESPN thinks he is one of the classiest young men in all football.
