This happened to a good friend of mine in HS. He dropped 205 on his teeth when the spotter gave him a lift on 3, not 1-2-3-go. Broke like 10 teeth, blood everywhere... nasty shit. I can only imagine what dropping an extra hundred pounds on one's windpipe would feel like/lead to.
