Are you effing serious??? Honestly, I can't believe that there are people who believe that Gene D is anything but an unmitigated disaster as an athletic director. Jesus Christ! Go back to EA or Zanderland and talk about how well-deserved a win that was and how the program is in such perfect shape. Truly amazes me that people are willing to overlook Flip's incredible SHORTcomings just because he happenstancely was the AD when the ACC came calling and got to ride the coattails of wins generated by Chet Gladchuck hires. out of the two choices, you got to go with and his uninspired play-calling and QB carousel.

also, with young QBs, we really needed a good OC to develop a capable offense that can score which then will take some pressure off our injury plagued, youth laden LBs and our numerous question marks on the dline. it's hard to blitz etc. knowing that if you take a chance and get beat by a score, then your offense might not be able to match it.
