Someone do me a favor re: EagleAction

I know simonaa struggles with letter formation and simple math, but... I can never really understand the idea of killing kids at the expense of a coach. The player is like 20 years old, chose BC over dozens of schools, will one day be a fellow alum, and is out there busting his ass and throwing his longterm health at risk for my entertainment. The coach is in his sixties, is making millions, is here only because he has no better options, and preserves his health through frequent naps.

My allegiance is to my future fellow alums... always has been.

Also, Shinskie looked okay at times last year and he regressed. Perhaps better coaching would make a difference in his game. Or not. We'll never know.

Why don't you beat yourself up for insisting that marsco was the answer all off season and all throughout the beginning of the season? Funny how that works. According to this board, it was OBVIOUS that he was better.

Do yourself a favor, create a list of all the BC players that have started every game this season at one position. Then make a list of all the different O-line combinations we've had this season, and how many Offensive lineman have played. Tell me how many times this season we have had the same O-line group play two weeks in a row.

Boohooo, I don't know how you can say we are playing not to lose - we are a bad team, and this is the most our offense can muster. What do you want the coaches to do, magically turn rettig into a 4th year senior? Magically eliminate offensive line injuries?

Our defense is amazing, our offense is awful. Of course we are going to be conservative on offense, especially when we are leading and our defense has absolutely shut down their offense all game.


Anyway, you're negativity is tiresome. Gritty win by BC today, overcame a bunch of mistakes in the red zone and the defense played amazing.

Lee is awful. It will be nice to have Larmond and Swigert playing together, but Coleman and Momah are role players at best unless they show major improvements in the hands category. CB is a HUGE weakness next year, and the OLine may be very iffy.

I keep reading posters over there say that the 2007 Matt Ryan offense wasn't good. They are saying this as a means to justify the gross negligence suffered upon the current offense. The idea being that if they convince others that BC has always had a shitty offense that Spaz choosing the bar none worst possible offensive coordinator choice available, is somehow not a coaching error.
