Browns GM is a Complete MORON

If you are going to go with the Mighty Quinn and you decided that long ago, you had now 2 drafts to trade the better QB in Anderson for a number 1 which was offered or a package.

Call the 49ers.

Crabtree ain't gonna sign with them and will re-enter thr draft and the chemistry is solid and they do not wnat him upsetting the apple cart.

Send Anderson to back-up Hill, and a 2 round pick for Crabtree.

If they do not want Anderson, give them the first pick and get Crabtree and maybe 4th rounder back and give the ND savior another weapon.

Just like Fredo was dead to Michael after he betrayed Michael with Johnny Ola and Hyman Roth in Cuba, Earnest Byner is the same to me.

He knew the situation, he knew Denver was a strip first tackle later team and he knew they would be ball hawking inside the 5 yard line since he was running all over that porous defense.

He made a career for Jeremiah Castille and that mushhead Head Coach Marge Schottenheimer blamed Webster slaughter for watching and not blocking Castille, like that mattered?

Byner should had been aware of all defenders and their style.

Lately, I have been happy though, when Bernie who was rude and classless with Flutie his whole career, declared bankruptcy and his wife dumped him and he cheated half of Cleveland and of course in typical arrogant Bernie fashion, He wanted to buy the Browns?

Yeah, anyone wanna lend Bernie $1.2 billion?

Bernie Kosar who lied about his weak arm, hurt early in his career, could never go deep and it was amazing the Browns did so well with the corners rolling up on the Browns Wide receivers, especially late in his career.

I never liked Bernie Kosar from Day 1 just like Frankie Five Fingers never liked Hyman Roth, but I had to root for the miserable U prick asshole.

It's still the NFL Championship.

I was at 23. The Bengals blew it.

Where the 49ers and Crabtree are today
1. Since Crabtree did not sign by Aug. 14, 2009, the 49ers may not trade him or his rights this season. Even if the 49ers do sign him, they cannot trade him until next season. (Next season officially begins on March 1, 2010.)

Future deadlines
1. If Crabtree is still unsigned by Nov. 17, 2009, then he is no longer eligible to play at all during the 2009 season. The 49ers can still sign him, but any deal would not go into affect until March 1, 2010.

2. From March 1, 2010, until the 2010 NFL draft -- which begins on April 22, 2010 -- the 49ers would have four options. They could sign and keep Crabtree, sign and then trade him, trade the rights to him (and then it is up to the new team to sign him) or do nothing and let him enter the 2010 draft.

3. If Crabtree remains unsigned by the first day of the 2010 draft, then any team except the 49ers can draft him. (Teams are not allowed to draft the same player two years in a row.)

More items to consider
1. According to the CBA, if Crabtree “signs a contract with, plays for or is employed by a professional football team not in the NFL during all or any part of the 12-month period following the initial draft,” then the 49ers would retain exclusive negotiating rights until the first day of the 2012 NFL draft.
