Too soon for Day?

Postby DavidGordon on Sun Sep 20, 2009 2:06 pm

So I have sitting here reading and going over yesterday game. The O-Line is the worst I have seen since Mr. Henning. But I thought they looked off vs. Northeastern and Kent St. I though that Day was the “Guy in Waiting”? Any chance he starts call plays and getting more control sooner then later?

Here's what needs to happen:

1. Leahy retires and BC never hires a priest as president again.
2. New president fires Gene D.
3. An angry eagleoutsider poster is hired as AD.
4. Angry EagleoOutsider fires Spaz and hires Mark Whipple or Jack Bicknell Jr or Mike London, etc.
5. BC wins ACC.

Since this will not happen we are stuck with Tranq for at least two years and Spaz for at least three years.

Isn't Day the one who had the connection to Devine? If he's the one who brought him in, maybe he needs to fucking wait a little longer.

At this point, I think we're running Tranq's offense no matter who is calling the plays. No time to introduce a new playbook.

They could simplify the book and sort out the OL mess. And the play-calling itself could certainly be better.

BOMBER: They could simplify the book?

BOMBS AWAY:

How long would it take to re-sort 8 Topo Gigio plays on Excel?

Sorry, it was a bunny.
