Be glad you didn't break the countertop. Granite can chip or crack if hit too hard with a glass jar.

Fact is Jags wouldn't have helped either. Our O will get better and as long as our D plays like it did we'll be ok. This isn't all that bad I think we will rebound against Wake. :angrychicken

You really think so? Wow. I just don't see it. He was responsible for this recruiting class or lack there of.

I see I nice rebound against Wake.

I'm going to come out and say it: NorthEndFavre doesn't know a god damn thing and he may not have watched a single game last season.

Jags had this same offensive line kicking ass last year. Then this staff came in and destroyed it. Absolutely no way a Jags-coached BC team would have laid such a TOB-like egg against Clemson.

This is what you wanted. Go back to the dead board and brag about lowered expectations, you dumb queef.

I am sorry but we didn't get our asses handed to us because of the 2009 recruiting class. We had chickenshit play calling (draw on 3rd and 17? Draw on 3rd and 25 down 19?, punting on 4 and 2 down 19?). What the fuck? Our offensive line was terrible. Do you think that would have been the case if Bick Jr had hung around or been made head coach? Does Sean Devine even have a white board on the sidelines? Where were the adjustments? Did anyone in the booth call down and say you may want to tell Tennant and Claiborne they are half a mile apart!?

You guys are rendering my foe-ing of NorthEndSpecialEagle useless by quoting him so much. Please stop.

He lives in a glue-sniffing induced fantasy land where it's bright and sunny and everyone's happy and you feel very warm as your vision blurs and you breaths becomes shallower and shallower and you're just so damn happy as it goes dark.

Not sure exactly what attacking me is accomplishing. IF you think I am happy with how that game played out you have another thing coming.
I do think coaching played a major part of why we lost. I never said it didn't. I just don't think we would have won with Jags either. I mention the recruiting aspect of this because everyone knows we are young and inexperienced at the QB position. I do blame Jags for that.

Regardless it’s not Jag’s fault we lost. And I don’t think we are a worse team then Clemson. I just don't think it was our day. However, I think it could have easily gone a different direction and there is one play I can point to that changed the game in Clemson's favor for the afternoon.
After we intercepted the ball we threw on first down for a decent 8 yd gain to the TE. It wasn't a very good pass, if it was it would have gone for more yards. Now that brings us to a 2nd and 2. This play I think was the turning point of the game. We choose to pass again, Tuggle threw a terrible pass incomplete setting up 3rd and 2. I think that if we had ran it here we would have picked up the first. But by passing on three downs in a row and not converting on the first down and now taking advantage of the turnover, it gave Clemson the momentum back. More importantly it exposed our passing game before our running game ever got going. After this series they started putting 8 men in the box and by then it was too late.
Furthermore by going three and out after the INT we had to punt from deep in our zone giving CJ a shorter field to return. Our punter had a great punt but out kicked the coverage. CJ easilly ran to the end zone. Now its 7-0 the INT doesn't mean anything and Clemson has all the momentum. We never recovered.

I think we will make ajustments and will win this week. I also think we'll beat FSU. Our D is very good and I think we learned some things on O. If we come out that flat again then Spaz and company have more serious issues than I think.
