The Cleveland Indians, whose mascot is a redfaced warrior, asked the Supreme Court if the Washington 'Redskins' logo offends
The Cleveland Indians who find the Washington Redskins' name offensive wants the Supreme Court to take up the matter, since they have dibs on Chief Wahoo and all the redfaced Indians.
The group on Monday asked the justices to review a lower court decision that favored the NFL team on a legal technicality since the Redskins won 3 Super Bowls and The Indians haven't won shit since 1948.
Seven Native Americans, who now own the white man's land in almost every state through casino revenues, would like to see the highest court decide whether the Redskins' name defames Native Americans, most of whom in the past were drunk, unemployed and drove new F-150 red Fords.
Justice Thomas was overhead saying, " Hey fuck you, at least you were not slaves and I am a season ticket holder to the Skins and you losers were redfaced so what the fuck are we arguing about?"
The former Atlanta Braves mascot, Chief-Noc-A-Homer, said the Indians need to leave the white man alone or he will take our casinos and send us back to reservations.
