Wake @ BC 2 pm ESPN360

Gametime has been announced for 2 pm and the damn thing is on ESPN360 again. I hate ESPN360 I wish we could actually get a decent television deal with the ACC so we wouldn't have to deal with this crap of watching the game on the internet.

UGH - I would like to see one of our games in HD. Oh well, at least we can still watch it!

Welcome to ESPN's domination of college football. I know the Big Ten Network was a big money loser for the first few years, but at least it gave them leverage and an outlet.

These 2 pm home games, though, really are ideal as far as the alcohol intake aspect goes. Rather than busting ass to start tailgating at 9 am, youve got 2 more hours for a Dunkins run, a little sit down to clear the waste, some gatorade...

Works nicely.

Exactly. For those of us who actually go to the game, 2pm is ideal. Get your butts up to Boston and attend in person.

Ugh yea driving from Washington DC up there is a hassle but I suppose I may have to do it. Since I have to drive to Blacksburg in a couple weekends I'm thinking maybe I'd rather do the FSU game instead.

Yeah I was speaking strictly for the locals. I think 2 pm is great for NYC-area residents, too, but outside of that, it's still a trip.

Three of the first four games are on espn360....I would like to complain and say I wish I could watch them in HiDef but then again being in Cali and being able to see them at all is a bonus. I do hope that VT and FSU find there way to ESPN.....once we beat Clemson we will get some national time!!

I'm genuinely surprised this game didn't get picked up by ESPNU. I know Pitt v. RCC is one of the games on ESPNU that day. I'm interested in seeing what else got picked over this game.

I knew it wouldn't be on Raycom after Wake this week and BC next.

if you have a laptop & espn360, then connect the laptop via the vga output to the tv. this assumes your tv accepts vga input but most HD tvs do. then use a stereo out cable from the laptop to your external speakers. it's a PIA i admit but it makes the game experience more enjoyable.

like to add that you should check the HDTV specs for proper setting to get the best image(480, 720, I or P, etc), as well as the resolution on your NB and the hz cycle. most good manuals will provide the necessary info. Each set-up is too different to give inx.

i tried this saturday, and it was not a good picture very fragmented, i could hardly make out the ball, just followed the movement of the players
