Given what Guinness quoted above, it would seem if the author of the content, who gave a non-exclusive right to use to Scout wants to give that same content (not including any Scout information, trade dress etc. [i.e. no post counts, Scout poster names etc., simply including the original content as authored and owned by said posters) could lawfully re-post that stuff as many times as they wanted in as many places. Unless there's some additional Scout TOS or some such aside from those MSFT terms that I'm missing?
