Tackas had one as well, on a play that would have been called back on a penalty anyway if he caught it.

Line does look big. But I think Vegas is probably looking at Hafley's record on the road, which is very poor.

Defense has to show up today. Their #1 RB has 196 yards after contact this season, on just 32 carries. Used to play for Syracuse. We contained him last year. QB is also pretty good. The one WR they have that is really good transferred in from Georgia State and wasn't there last year.

These irredeemable losers cannot stop doing stuff like tugging a facemask on 3rd and 18 on a drive that was over

If he could have *just* had his team commit 13 penalties last week, he would have the signature win of his coaching career. 13 penalties, just to clarify, is embarrassing

Imagine being paid $3M a year to think we should still play #35 every snap on defense.

Worst coached team in America.

Another road game under Hafley where it looks like this team hasn’t even gotten off the plane. Leave this motherfucker at the airport in Louisville.

42 in a half is impressive from a defensive HC

And he clearly did not get the message, because he switched from the never before DC Lukabu (that was mostly responsible for lack of development at LB) to the combo of Duggan (the other part of the blame for our weakest unit in Hafley regime)/AAR . AAR has been a DC before, but he also has responsibility for recruiting and developing the defensive backs that would replace all the guys that left (can't blame this unit on someone else!). Oghobasse is the only coach on the defensive side of the ball that has had a decent record of what he has done here.

I actually think the defense will play well at times this year. It's just that, when push comes to shove, deep down, these players know the other team is better prepared physically and mentally. Easier to check out when things are going badly.

Do they ever fill it?
