how is there not already a thread about this, our biggest rivalry game in the history of rivalries that really matter and move the program forward.

I doubt I'm even watching. Insignificant non conference game in a shitty season.

I saw that he said the Jurk has not been ruled out, has he said anything else about injured or suspended players?

Did we ever get the names of the players who are suspended?

That's the problem now for all these other guys who get the flu and are too sick to play. "Oh really, 'the flu'? Right...".

ND went to sleep the 2nd half of the Navy game, but it didn't matter as Navy gave it away with 2 TDs late in the 1st half. Nevertheless, I can't see how this BC team stays close with a team like ND who is strongest up front on both sides of the line. NC State should have waxed us last week the way they started out, but Doeren turtled. ND has that capacity too but I would think they'll be motivated to beat us up. Flu plus lacking S&C doesn't help withstand that.

Regardless of opponent, beating a team that is 1) ranked and 2) we haven't beaten in 14 years seems it would be significant, no?

No, the NCSU game was a far better win, because it is a relevant conference opponent. It would be more relevant if BC didn't suck and console itself in moral victories like trying to knock off ranked teams in shitty seasons.

A win against a conference opponent sure, but is it that much more relevant? It didn't move the needle in regards to the division race, we're still last place. A win against a ranked opponent you haven't beaten in a decade plus feels significant.

Because it's ND and BC is insecure. Otherwise it's not watchable.

Then don't watch it. I will be with the Phoenix chapter of the BC Alumni Association tomorrow afternoon watching it. But I'm nothing special, not even a BC grad like yourself. I'm just a graduate of Northeastern Night school.

The reason to watch this game is to see how Morehead looks. Even if the outcome is never in doubt, if he looks good and leads three TD drives against first stringers, that is very hopeful for the future.

I’m glad we get to watch another year of this crappy coach and team because last weeks opponent literally handed them the football game.

BC should’ve stayed in Boston and forfeited if they were going to play like this

What are these coaches doing during the week? It sure isn’t prepping the team to play.
