Eagles vs. The Scarlet Clerks.

Lot of "OR" on the 2-deep depth chart including 4 of the 5 OLs which is odd since Hafley said the OL was set last week. Anyway, Trapilo has been moved to LT which makes sense as he is more athletic than Conley.

Yeah I was just looking it over myself. Not sure what to think about it. In addition to a lot of ORs, it’s also very ”deep”. There’s 5 RBs listed and 4 guys at one CB slot.

Given Conley and Cline are involved in three of those ORs, I think it safe to say it is just a matter of where they start. It's probably one job up for grabs, I doubt Kendall is really in a battle at C.

Toughchester's favorite wife beater.

Jesus, I hope we don't lose this game. It will be tough to not give a shit about the rest of the season before Labor Day.

I don't think it's racist to point out that she looks like she belongs on Crank Yankers.

This isn't going to be the week we learn too much about our OL IMO. Rutgers was 100th in the country last year in sack percentage. They can't pressure the QB any better than the guys we face in practice.

It's week 1, so we know nothing. Obviously both programs need to improve a lot versus where they finished a year ago. IMO these are still two weak teams, but we have to hope for our sake Year 3 brings some ridiculous improvement for BC. Guys I will be watching to possibly get excited about are Ezeiruaku, K Williams, Clemons, Okpala, B Steele, McGowan, Blackwell on the defense. And on offense I'll be looking at Jaden Williams (who I feel like we often try to throw to without success, so waiting for this practice potential to show) and whoever lines up at TE.

Sorry, I feel pretty negative about it. And I think the ACC is better this year. So we could be better than I think and still not reach the kind of win totals some believe in.

FWIW, they brought in a former 4star Edge guy off The Portal from Texas A&M.

I don't think we are going to learn very much of anything from this game. Rutgers was probably 100th in the country in a lot of statistics.

I just don't want to see anyone get hurt. If they get a 17+ point lead, get everyone off the field and throw the redshirt frosh and sophomores out there.

thamel:

Source: Rutgers will be without three key players today against Boston College. QB Noah Vedral, TE Matt Alaimo and RB Aaron Young are all out. Young led Rutgers in TDs last year. All are considered week-to-week. Rutgers expects to play multiple quarterbacks.
