I don't think Glass Phil is going to declare for the NFL at the end of this season. His draft stock went way down this year. He needs his last year of eligibility in college ball to perform, to not get injured, to pump his stock back up again and get a signing bonus, that would be my guess.

I thought it had been said White's done for the season?

I don’t think it was officially reported but it sounds like he might be based on some comment Hafley said about his repaired knee still not being right.

Not sure if folks picked it up from the radio interview. Morehead was slated to start against VT. Give credit to Hafley from finally making that call. It was obvious that Grosel in his 6th year and with 4 seasons of seeing the field took a dramatic step back this year. However, I can understand how the coaching staff that was counting him to be better than UVA took longer to believe their lying eyes. I also understand that Morehead is raw and it’s far from ideal for him to be starting in the ACC after taking like 12-games worth of high school snaps. Nonetheless, at 4-4, the dream was over and it was time to build for the future. Kudos to the staff for coming around. Thanks to Jurk for making this academic. But, at least we know what to expect if he gets injured again.
