I'm on Team Menard. Not because I have any idea if he's any good, but Grosel stinks and Morehead is obviously not ready. Arm strength great, accuracy poor, no idea what to do if the first option isn't there, and he's not a threat as a runner. If Menard got himself to QB2 over the others, lets give him a shot. If Menard doesn't work out, then fuck it and run the Triple Wing.

On a unit that’s by and large overrated, Lindstrom is the most. Got whipped inside consistently and had his trademark missile over the QBs head

this was the most mismanaged game I can remember in a long time. from hafwit's decision to go for it on fourth down on the first drive instead of a fg when we were in range, to everything that unfolded after that. embarrassing at all levels.

I’m not really sure he has to adapt anything. The receivers are open. Our QBs just can’t get them the ball. We opened yesterday asking Dennis to do what Dennis can do… throw 5 yard routes. I guess they got away from it or Cuse took them away. The curious stuff is the 4th down where we had Dennis throw the ball over 5 yards (it was incomplete) instead of a FG try. But that was on Hafley. The 4th down in the 4th quarter was having Levy (and not Garwo????) run the ball up the middle. Not sure who is in charge of personnel. The plays are there. Guys aren’t making them. Not sure what else we can do with the offense especially with the disappointment of the OL. They can’t open holes versus 10 guys. And their pass pro was brutal. If you can’t block 3 you just can’t play. Interesting that Zion went to left tackle after Conley was getting blown up. When asked Hafley said “we had to give the QB more time” which basically meant Conley sucked. It’s been incredibly disappointing but don’t expect Hafley to make any coaching changes. He is a “loyalty” guy. Guys will leave that want to leave but nobody will get shown the door.
