I'd say he has broken past Al Golden and Bob Shoop.

Don Brown cleaning up with the 2* prospects from MA: https://tucson.com/sports/arizonawildcats/football/arizona-wildcats-land-commitment-from-jermaine-wiggins-jr-son-of-ex-nfl-tight-end/article_6a1c5522-890e-11eb-b568-038ef7a645a9.html

I'm sure this is the sort of recruit that will bring U of A back into national prominence.

This is precisely the type of critical recruits that BUC and elvii would tout as the backbone of Harbaugh’s 5-loss seasons.

bceagles24 {l Wrote}:5 offers in MA today. 2 TEs and 3 OL.

These are the five local offers from today ...

- Matt Ragan (Lawrence Academy): 6'5/225lb TE - Looks like BC is first offer (Swepson is at LA now) (Sean Ragans brother)
- Maleek McNeil (Williston Northampton): 6'8/320lb OT - Looks like BC and UMass offers to date
- Sullivan Weidman (Dexter): 6'6/300lb OT - Offers from BC, Pitt, UVA, Cuse, Nebraska, Michigan
- Ty Chan (Lawrence Academy): 6'5/265lb OT - BC first major offer
- John Garrett (BC High): 6'6/250lb TE/DE - BC is first offer

Also, while no offer yet, Finn Dirstines brother is a '22 at Lawrence Academy as well.

Weidman verballed to West Virginia. Not sure if he still had a BC offer after our two OL verbals.

Yet another major loss for Michigan post-Don Brown. Don't know how they plan to compete for 5-losses without a robust New England presence.

St. Frances becoming a BC "pipeline" would quite the development. That's also 4 commits from MD already in this class.

From his basketball highlights (there seems to be more of them than football), he seems incredibly agile for an offensive lineman.

Minor point, but 247 says no offer from Wisconsin. But yes for the others. Either way, seems like he would be a good get.

He has a Wisconsin offer.

I'll defer to you sir!

Was actually his second offer after BC so a bit odd they haven’t got it listed. But like you said not a big deal regardless. This is a 6’4 WR with legit speed. BC doesn’t land WRs like that in the past and they certainly haven’t been popping up in MA. This 22 class is going to be special.

ND offered Griffin

Kenny Mestidor , '20 DE from St Thomas More in Oakdale, CT has left UCLA. Frank Leonard recruited him for BC according to 247. He's from Ottowa. Didn't see the field last year in his Freshman short season for UCLA. Could be headed back East, and we can use pass rushers lol. He had other good offers like Florida, Tennessee, USC, Nebraska, Michigan, etc....

Its excellent.

I am very happy that an outstanding Massachusetts high school athletes decides to stay home and go to BC where he belongs. IMHO, that needs to happen with the top 5 football players in the state (every year) regardless of need. I know it doesn't happen but I wish it did.

He must be the highest rated recruit from Cali in program history. BC coaches over the years have always talked about recruiting national catholic high schools, but Hafley is actually doing it. The national catholic high school talent pool can make BC an annual top 20 program.

Go Eagles!

Huge recruit and a continued incredible job by this staff.

But, not the highest rated CA recruit in program history.

So... Spaz landed the best Cali prospect when he was Head Coach and landed the best recruit in BC history when he was an assistant (William Green). Just saying...
