The inability of the majority of posters on EO to figure out what is going on is the worst development.

How is that different than most of the rest of the country? Relative seems to be the word you didn’t read there.

Well said, and so very true. Let them go back following their alien-lizard-pope and waiting out those "15 days to flatten the curve." It must be day 13 or 14 by now, right? Seems like we started ages ago!

Scrimmage #3 (60 plays 1/2s, 54 plays 2/3s)... player day off Sunday & Monday

The offense scored two touchdowns in the two-minute offense on Saturday. The defense also scored a touchdown as redshirt freshman cornerback Bryce Sebastian had a pick six for 35 yards … the defense also came up with three safeties, including one by junior defensive end Marcus Valdez … Valdez also forced a fumble Saturday … sophomore wide receiver Zay Flowers broke loose for the day’s first touchdown on a 60-yard score … the play of the day was a leaping, one-handed grab by sophomore wide receiver Ethon Williams on a pass from Dennis Grosel. The pass covered 50 yards in the air as Williams snagged the ball over the outstretched defender … sophomore quarterback Phil Jurkovec continued to be a threat running the football when the pocket breaks down as he ripped off a 40-yard run … Jurkovec also finished a drive in the two-minute drill with a touchdown pass to sophomore wide receiver Jaelen Gill … Grosel connected with sophomore wide out Jehlani Galloway in the corner of the end zone as the Rhode Island went up in traffic to come down with the score … junior linebacker Isaiah McDuffie read a pass over the middle for an interception … the first drive of the scrimmage ended with a 32-yard field goal by Danny Longman.

Patriots have won 3 super bowls with three safeties.

Just kidding. Save the post.

3 safeties?

I know there was at least one because Hafley mentioned it. I don’t think they were allowed to bring players to the ground and instead played “thud” which would obviously make it easier to sack the QB in the end zone. Maybe a holding? Just throwing ideas out there.

Safeties + INTs = crappy QBs

Unless the aforementioned INTs and Pick 6 and safeties were done during 3/4 snaps... we either have 2 questionable QBs or one QB who makes a ton of mistakes.

Has Epstein chimed in yet on the import of Dennis Grosel being made available to the media repeatedly and not Sam Johnson?

Biggest thing from Hafley’s interview... they are going over the depth chart today and will be disclosing who is starting where in the coming days.

@BruceFeldmanCFB
Former #Cal defensive lineman Luc Bequette, a graduate transfer, will be eligible to play for #BC in 2020. He is one of five transfers Jeff Hafley has brought in. He had 130 tackles, 12.5 TFLs, 10.0 sacks and four forced fumbles at Cal. :D

So the rule is that this year doesn’t count against eligibility, right? Does that mean no burning redshirts discussion?

It all depends on if the redshirt waiver forms are submitted before the redshirt declaration date.
