I believe Bicknell was a former assistant at BC and a favorite of AD Bill Flynn

I went to the BCS title game at the Rose Bowl when Bama beat Texas and sat next to a Bama nut and we talked about BC/Bama for the better part of the game, reliving all of the aforementioned stories. When down the list of Kerry Goode, Stradford, Doug, Kelvin Martin, Gieselman...great footage of the game and the '84 season can be found on the iconic VHS tape, "Why Eagles Soar." A must for any BC diehard.

Notre Dame is something like 9-2 against them. USC almost certainly has a winning record against them as well. The truth is, Alabama’s record prior to the integration of the SEC is pretty fraudulent as demonstrated by the way they got manhandled by USC in the late 60s when Bear Bryant—to his credit—wanted to show the folks how bad they were in comparison to ND, USC, Michigan State and Ohio State because of Bama’s anger at being passed over for two national championships (to northern, integrated programs) in the 60s during years they had undefeated records.

BC is 3-1 against Bama. Lone loss came in the OB in 1942.

Go Eagles!

Went to Bryant-Denny once for Alabama-Georgia. Same weekend in 07 when we played Army. The place is MASSIVE. Gameday is impressive.

Well let's get BAMA on a future schedule.
Duke played them this year & Fla State and Va Tech both just added A home and away with the Tide.
