I guarantee ESPN said their last shot to get this game played was start by 5.
This seems pretty hasty to run the players back on the field knowing they will most likely pull them back off but whatever it is the Birmingham Bowl game!

Instead of a 10 minute half, they should invoke the mercy rule and play 10 minute quarters with a running clock. This game sucks!
