It's a pretty terrible list. I'd be astonished if Pete Carmichael wanted to try. I think he likes the NFL assistant life. But if he wanted it, I'd be willing to consider that he could be decent.

Paul Peterson and Jack Bicknell Jr. are the most interesting and ready and likely if we were filling the position tomorrow. They're probably the best of the crew that would take it.

I love Al. But he needs to go take a lower level head coaching job and figure that out. I'd give him a year or two at like Akron. They need a coach. Even if he went 4-7 in each of his two years there, he'd be ready.
