I'm not exactly sure what sort of response you were expecting.

I drunkenly shot him an e-mail imploring him to fire Daz last year (I forget exactly when) and he/someone responded with a mention of being ranked for 5 minutes. It could have been an auto-reply du jour, but it seemed that a real person was actually responding with some canned BS.

Its not about BC being a 7.5 point better team than Rutgers in New Jersey. It is solely about keeping the money even on both sides of the line to guarantee the house wins a teeny bit on every single game. If "the market" perceived Rutgers to be a much better team than they are, the line would be moving. I don't think it has (yet.)

If the "professional" handicappers started betting heavy on Rutgers then the line would move and that would be a truer reflection on how good or bad each of these teams were so long as "the fish" avoided laying the points on BC. I wonder if "duffle bag boy" is still wagering against them?
