The run by Kansas at the end of the first half was one of the more embarrassing plays I've seen. Worst loss since Army 1995. Fire. This. Dude.

Heavy running team with bad QB... and that was the defensive gameplan? I’m shocked when coaches are confused against those types of one dimensional offenses. Pooka Williams might be the best running back in the country, anyone who watches film should gameplan Kansas better than that, you think?

The fact we stuck in a 4-3 and didn’t exclusively play Nickel and Dime is criminal. The adjustments were so simple.

In the post-game press conference, Brown alluded to some "mishaps in practice" this week and Dillon implied the team wasnt hungry for this game.
I wish the stupid reporters had followed up on the points.

Damn, still cannot believe what I watched last night...the number of people texting me down here in Louisiana about Les beating BC made the night even worse, and I'm not really a vested fan like some of you on here. It was a coaching performance like that against Auburn that sealed Les' fate at LSU and was fired for it, and even though I liked Miles at the time, LSU is in a much better place now for doing so. I know, based on being around this board for a little over a year, that Daz will not be fired after this game for such a pitiful performance...and that's a shame because this could set the program back for another 4 years or so. For them to make what appeared to be zero in-game adjustments to counter what Kansas was bringing to them blows my mind. It's a game like this that will keep a lot of your fans and students from caring and attending home games and creating a home-field advantage.
On a local message board, I was reading people who were commenting that Kansas had better athletes/players and I wholeheartedly disagree. BC might not have the talent to beat Clemson but they sure as hell have it to beat freakin' Kansas. It's sad to see that BC went from hosting Gameday to be laughed at one Gameday in "Les" than a year.

I'm going to quote my own post from last night to expand on this situation.

It's even more disturbing that you look at these things straight on down from the top and then realize that we are basically cemented in this situation right now. No changes are coming to help us win games. The damage will continue to be heaped upon this program and school as a result.

Start with Leahy, he's going nowhere. He has control of everything. Down to Jarmond, likely his puppet? We don't know how much he can control but either he has control and has chosen to do nothing previously or he's just there to fundraise and has no ability to move the needle on Daz (and Christian!). Down to HIS coach. Jarmond owns this situation right now and that's the bottom line. Daz is going nowhere. We all know this. And then you get to things you can fix in the season - the roster. I don't even know who the fuck our backup QB is but I do know he's so fucking terrible he can't beat out Anthony Brown for the starting job, which is already alarming considering how bad Brown is. We can't even bench our shitty quarterback. How can this asshole not have a viable backup quarterback in Year 7? It's been 7 fucking years of shitty starting QBs with no depth AT ALL at quarterback. It's the most important position in football. Jesus Fucking Christ. And then you have our kicker. Pretty much the same thing... Daz has never been able to put a good kicker on the field. Now the value of a kicker is up for debate, but there is no doubt it will win or lose the close games if you're in them. If nothing else, these two things are a huge indicator of just how terrible of a head coach Addazio is as a head coach of a Division 1 football team.

Not only is there little hope to fix things this season because of the QB situation, but long-term we're stuck in a shitty situation because of Leahy. The only hope is that things get so embarrassing nationally (last night was a good step in this direction) that action must be taken. The athletic department is a fucking embarrassment.

Let's see the attendance figures for the rest of the year after this shitshow.

As awful as last night was from a football perspective, college football is a week to week game. Wouldn’t surprise me to see them crush Rutgers and beat Wake. Remember we got smoked by Pitt on a Friday Night and beat USC the following week.
