With my season tickets should I have received Loyalty Cards for discounts?

it's the same card as last year, given that this wasn't communicated and has never been the case i have no clue where ours is. going to ask for a new one today

I asked for a new one and never heard back.

BC sent an email on Aug 19 about keeping your old card. That's probably a bit late considering most people were conditioned to throw it out at the end of hoops/hockey season.

Exactly, after the winter sports season I get rid of the card. Left a message for someone from the Athletics Dept. to give me a call. Awaiting a call back. Not a lot of money but still nice to have the discounts.

I kept my old card, but it no longer works.

Spoke with Athletic Dept. today. My replacement Loyalty Card will be at Will Call for tomorrows game. Just keep the card going forward.
