Jags Was Right ABout Starting Josh Freeman

Postby BCEagle74 on Sun Nov 08, 2009 4:39 pm

When you hire guys who have been around quarterbacks and offenses with talent---- they can tell by whatever, osmosis, a few practices, throwing habits, release, if a kid has it or at least has the physical tools to be developed.

Jags said in effect, "Josh Freeman is the future, he has not only the best talent, but our best chance to win. Byron is old and slow and his release takes days and Josh Johnson does not have Josh Freemans physical tools, escapability, rocket arm, running ability and throwing vision talent."

Jags loses battle and his job as he and Raheem a first year Coach go at it. Raheem Morris and Jags got into it very badly since Bryon was horrible, and Jags was then insistent that Josh Freeman was the guy.

Afterwards, Jags was then fired, smeared and hung out to dry by Tampa ---since no one knows what really transpired with him and GDF about the BC Admin, the recruiting, etc. etc, or all issues, and it was real easy to clip Jags.

This was a remarakable ride for Raheem, with little coaching experience at high levels, due to the Gruden and Kiffen firings and leaving for Tennessee.

No Pro Bowl talent today in Antonio Bryant and this kid Josh was spectacular and why he was a high draft choice, who sat for nothing.

I miss Jags and his style. At least we blitzed a little more and the cushion sometimes was not a standard defense.

Jags knew how to win big games and big games on the road.

we've been over this before. Disagreement over the QB had nothing to do with Jags' dismissal.

"The word out of One Buc Place was that Jagodzinski was not a stickler for details. That he delegated much of his authority. That he wasn't an 18-hour-a-day guy, and that his past successes may have been based more on leadership than X's and O's.

At times, the communication was too slow, resulting in delay of game penalties. Too often, Jagodzinski would look at the down and distance and determine on which hash mark the ball was spotted but reverse the formation. Or there would be only a partial play-call. Olson, offensive line coach Pete Mangurian or Leftwich would try to fix the mistake before the snap count."

You are a lying stupid baby maker.
You are a Merryman, lackey who supported Jags and GDF.
You sucked TOBlunders0-13 nuts for years until I posted he was a mediocre loser for years, and I was always right.
You post mostly 74 shit and are mostly worthless. You are a baby maker'S baby maker. Did I say that already?
I know some guys who can do more work in 2 hours than some can do in days, but since your post was a smear based upon innuendo crap since the issue was starting Josh and letting him run the course like Ryan with Jags and Logan, you are simply a cocksucker. A big stupid cocksucking 74.
I know guys at work who have 100 page reports but ask them what are the business key drivers and they are like you senseless, stupid and suck cock. I call them Minutia Divers, a 74 original.

I have only banned one personin 7 years, Dennis baby maker Valet, a sick twisted young BC twat, but since you smeared a good Head Coach in Jags, no matter what his personal life, you have received a 74 ban.

Jags was always talking, wore a headset and was instrumental in calling plays with Logan.

You are done.

Enjoy!

I randomly just responded to your Raji post on EA (the gist was lets not start sucking each others cocks just yet). As for Jags and 74, I'm not sure you are allowed to call out 74, whether he is right or wrong. I'm not sure whether he's right or wrong here, but given Raheem's performance to date he's looking ok. Maybe you preferred this guy. :toby

Spaz was a mediocre Defensive coordinator. His bad traits, game assertiveness and cushion are a joke still today and even the ND announcers were amazed at how far off our DB's were.

We had a great shot with a major move by BC and GDF at Brian Kelly since he loves Boston and BC, even though he had deep Cinncy ties with his wife.

That window was open and big men do big things and call trustees, major donors, big shots like Gabelli and Lynch.

GDF issues ultimatums.

It was a doable move, but GDF was still rolling in ego shit with his Jags blunder.

Your politics is Obamination Welfare Queen socialism and America's destruction---, and if BC went 8-5 every year, you would be elated.

BC LOU, you are still a loser. I want titles and gusy like Gill, Kelly, Fulmer, Boise State's guy, and guys who know how to win and build at BC, not House Lackey yes-men Stooges who are great guys who love BC, but can't coach.

That is our difference. Me Winning titles--- and you --- mediocre blah blah blah.

I gave you a nice compliment on how you called ND was shit, but no matter you are off the reservation since Jags was far superior to Spaz and that crew.

If you think Spaz is so great, look at the weakness of the present ACC teams and our OOC teams and tell me our 2 tough games so far, BC was smoked and flattened from the opening gun like Syracuse.

VT and Clemson.

No excuse now for 9-3 with a weak Virginia and Maryland and UNC at home.

BC's average D ranking over the last 4 years = 18th in the country. Sounds a little better than average to me. Pair that with the #2 team in picks over the past 5 years and you'll see that 74 is a complete moron.

Nothing revisionist about 2-2 in making conference championship games. Spaz can keep his fingers crossed that he doesn't TOBy-up on this gaggingly easy last three games and that Clemson somehow chokes to one of two horrid teams. If that happens, then fucking kudos, he's just like Jags.

more bullshit....UNC is far from an easy game. Remember how great jags' team played against them last year? How covenient it is to forget that the ONLY reason for last years success was Spaz's defense and the fact that Jags shit away 2 WTF games in 2007 and completely got outcoached in the ACC championship game that year.

Some guys are Headcoaches built for strategy and Big Decisions and Motivation. Other coaches are into the details. Jags is a Head Coach. Spaz is not. Although I hate the cushion and lack of blitzing, BC's defense has been consistently ranked in the top 25% of BCS teams. I will give Spaz credit for that. He seems to have no ability to motivate and see the Big Picture. One thing that impressed me about Schiano was Day One of his hiring he said "Our goal every year is to win the NC". This is from a guy taking over lowly Rutgers. Why do Spaz and Toby need to set such a low bar? You don't see Brian Kelly saying "Well, we have to recruit in Big 10 country, we have little fan support, we have no qb etc. Kelly used 4 or 5 qb's to get them to the Orange Bowl last year. He adjusts his play-calling to the talent he has. That game on TV a few weeks ago was a masterful piece of coaching we haven't seen since Coughlin and a few glimpses from Jags. I have it on good info. from a Gridiron Club source that Kelly would have come to BC but GDF didn't want a coach where he couldn't meddle in the Fball program. That's the only reason Kelly isn't at BC right now. F-ing shame. GDF putting his own ambitions and desires above the school. I will never forgive him. A school like BC never gets a chance at a guy like Kelly. Yet, we had a shot because he's from Boston and loves BC. What a friggin mistake. This guy is the best coach in the country. Look what he is doing with half the talent of Meyer, Miles, Saban, Carroll etc. Did the same at CMU and Grand Valley before that. A winner.

Yup, I was reminded twice at Clemson and at VT this season. Of course, last year it didn't matter - they still went to the ACCCG with no QB and two freshman RBs.

more bullshit....UNC is far from an easy game. Remember how great jags' team played against them last year?

Yup, I was reminded twice at Clemson and at VT this season. Of course, last year it didn't matter - they still went to the ACCCG with no QB and two freshman RBs.

Because of spaz's defense.

Maybe they should make him head coach so he can apply his genius to offense as well ... er ...

BC is a better team than last year with a much weaker schedule. Swapping GT for UVa alone was enough to ensure that. They should have finished 10-2.

Cue "but look at those first round drafts picks we lost!!!!!!OOL!!!!!111!!11!"

:backpedal

Thanks TRE. I know it is supposed to be back pedal, but "going around in circles with a retard" works for me too.

Suck your boyfriends cock you alias 74.

Revisionist is quoting meaningless stats versus poor level teams, like that means something when you get beat in big games there asshole!

NC state was number 1 in defense after playing 4 cupcakes and now you hang half a c-note on them?

So much for NCAA stats.

Spaz was always blown out, out manuvered, out thought, out schemed in big games during and at halftime.

The record is your performance versus peers and Top 15???? Spaz was torched light Dresden in WW2.

Spaz was mediocre, his cushion is lame, he doesn't know to blitz and he has been Hail Mary'ed more times than Nuns walking the Jerusalem path where Christ was crucified.

You are a 74. Do your 74 dance, but the ACC was waek and our quality wins:

Kent State --- 5-5
Wake Forest --4-6
Florida State -- 4-5
NC State --4-5
Central Michigan -- 7-2

Aside from a WAC Power, not one winning record or tough ass win on the road.

Like I said, you suck cock, and you are a Barney Frank 74.

ENjoy!

1981Eagle {l Wrote}:Some guys are Headcoaches built for strategy and Big Decisions and Motivation. A winner.

I am now your new"boyfriend". That was a great post. :pontif

I will start wearing Armani and you can start sending me money for gambling.

Strictly platonic. :lame

This was your finest post, I forgot about Schiano's line! :kudos :kudos :kudos :kudos :kudos

GDF is a fucking moron.

Eagledumass - are you seriously already making excuses for the UNC game? "Far from an easy game"? Bullshit, UNC is mediocre at best. This is a home game and we will be favored by at least 4 or 5 points. UNC has an above average defense and a craptastic offense. BC should win this game by at least 10 points. There is no debating that BC should win all three of their remaining games and they should be favored in all of them. The only one that one should worry about is UVA. It is a road game and UVA has shown some signs of life.

You have zero credibility in any discussion about BC head coaches after posting that bullshit nonsense on another thread.

Enjoy!

Don't change the subject, you lying weasel sack of shit. Nobody talked about BC going 8-5. You wrote that Spaz wouldn't be the man even if he went 11-3.

Pure utter nonsense.

With all the question marks surrounding this team when the season started Spaz would be a landslide choice for ACC COY at 11-3. Only a complete jerkoff like yourself would suggest otherwise.

You want titles? I'll give you one. Lone Star Lamebrain.
