You could.

Incorrect. Even with the stupid playbook he would saddle me with

Daz should also get over it already and hire Mark Whipple.

He could do a lot worse.

Not having a OC during a recruiting contact period seems like a bad idea but what do I know?

I'm assuming that Daz is going to make Brian White the puppet OC and then backfill the staff opening with a young coach looking for a chance.

Who would want to work for a coach that everyone knows is going to be fired in less than a year?

Will BC finally fire a coach that makes a bowl game? I’m not so sure.
And if there one thing 7-6 Steve has shown us is that regardless of the schedule he will find a way to finish up at 7-6.*

* Unless he has to line Fadule up at QB.

They fired Jags, so the precedent is certainly there.

thinskin isn't exactly getting unsolicited offers to interview for another job so i'd say this is different

Of course it's different, but what does that matter? If the question is whether BC would fire a bowl-eligible coach, regardless if it's because he interviewed with the Jets or because he's just a shitty coach, well that bar was set 10 years ago.

That said, no way do I believe BC has the gonads to pull the trigger.

...but if he was, it would definitely be the Jets.

thinskin also isn't banging dental hygienists two at a time. my assumption is because thinskin is afraid of women and is likely more redpill than nospace after a toastmaster loss to a woman. the heinz hammer may try to carry himself like he's a chad, but it's got to clear to anyone that really watches and observes that he's just some soy boy beta cuck

He recruited a buddy of mine out of Kansas City...to Brown. But he totally outrecruited Missouri State, Southern Illinois and Drake to land him.

Kingsbury joined a sinking ship at USC. Wouldn't surprise me if Urban head coach there in 2 years.

I think Kliff took that job with his eyes on the prize. I believe he'll get promoted from within if he gets JT Daniels right, which he should.

No decent OC is going to want to risk their future with the Gym Teacher. I would bet the farm this they are going to end up with Brian White as OC.

I believe he's retired.

p.s. what the fuck with not hiring someone? 12 days until early signing day and we are operating a man down. Total BC move.

Smartest hire we can make is Tee Martin. Crapped the bed in USC. Is a great recruiter who is in way over his head as a coordinator. BC would he about the only program where he'd get another shot as a coordinator (since it will be Daz's show anyway). From his perspective, he gets to leverage time with Dillon.

Why do we care what he can recruit? Daz's one solid strength is recruiting. We need someone that can teach an FBS level passing game to kids that Daz/Campanile/Brown have recruited. He may not be perfect, but if we're afraid no one will depart a job to work for a guy that is possibly on a short leash, this guy is unemployed. And I think his track record is actually better than Loeffler's.
