I see that Sullivan is the recruiting coordinator. Who does he report to? Because he was on the Daz staff, correct? Does he report to Jarmond and work with whomever the current head coach is? This seems contrary to what other schools do, correct?

So it’s not something that goes to Jarmond a lot of times the recruiting coordinator is actually a coach on the staff as well at BC obviously it’s a separate thing. Joe has just done a really nice job and so Hafley kept him on board in the transition. For an example from an article on the importance of the recruiting coordinator this was the lists of job requirements on a recent job opening for a recruiting coordinator at Moorehead State so keep in mind at a bigger school all these things are on a bigger scale:
•Establishes staff recruiting areas and responsibilities.
•Compiles recruiting list from coaches, service, etc.
•Compiles May recruiting list and transfer information to MSU senior recruiting in the fall.
•Arranges recruiting visits for home games.
•Creates gameday brochure and mail to prospective recruits.
•Organizes game day visit itineraries with staff.
•Completes all forms and letters in regards to visits, tickets, etc. with compliance/athletic staff.
•Tracks NCAA Clearinghouse list as it pertains to initial eligibility.
•Compiles and submits pass list for recruiting days.
•Processes proper paper work for official visits w/staff.
•Maintains mailing list and check-list on recruits.
•Schedules recruiting programs and rooms on campus.
•Secures lodging for prospective student athletes on official visits.
•Keep Head Coach up to date on all recruiting matters.
•Maintains up-to-date records on all incoming freshmen.
•Tracks admissions status for incoming freshmen/transfers.
•Tracks housing status for incoming freshmen/transfers.
•Keeps staff informed of school calendar, activities, events, recruiting calendar and period, test dates, etc. on monthly basis.
•Recruits in state area by travel, phone and letter.
•Recruits out of state area by travel, phone and letter.

So obviously for Sullivan the travel options to recruit aren’t permissible since he’s not on the on field staff and at each school there will be different things but it’s a pretty important job. Having a really good recruiting coordinator is a big thing.

There are more and more folks within the Football Ops side of things in major programs. I believe that’s where Sullivan roles up to and I believe most of them were retained.

Guessing one is the St X qb. I think Jaden Hardy is visiting too and he’s be a really good get at this stage. Not sure who else is there for the 4th.

Black, Hardy, Holmes and Rueve... were they the only uncommitteds visiting? I believe threw a late Ofer to Shand. But, I don’t think we had him visiting this week.

My buddy in Michigan says that his HS is a powerhouse in MI. School has a 441W 181L 3T overall record. 6 titles games from 2010-19, 4 wins. Sounds like a pretty good program to me. Shoutout to the staff. Arnold's a 5.7 3* per rivals, best offer is Iowa St, bunch of MAC offers and the Ivy League.

Seems like it’s 4 commits from a more recent Cignetti tweet.

It seems that consensus is it’s Holmes, Rueve and Arnold... with the chance that Hardy is the 4th. Hardy would be the biggest get both based on positional need and other offers.

These guys certainly seem to be enjoying this.

Seems like most were retained, and we brought in some guys from tOSU, Jason Kwon for example. Increasing the numbers would make sense, could have been where some of the additional resources for football went.

247 has confirmed that BC has received a commit from Kameron Arnold a 6’0 200lb three star signing from St Mary’s HS in Michigan.
