The way we win this game is by AB making some big plays with his legs, executing a few trick plays really well to keep their defense honest, and knocking Lawrence down a few times early. Mix in a cold night and it is certainly possible. Not likely, but very possible

Here’s the issue with attending Gameday.

1. It’s really boring if you go (lots of standing around and you can’t hear much of anything)
2. It’s not like you can just walk back to your tailgate. You need to kill 5 hours until you can come back to tailgate
3. It makes for a very long day with an 8 pm football game

For adults, sure. As a student I got drunk on Saturday mornings for far less than Gameday

Not being able to hear them is actually a bonus. But yes, the logistics suck at BC. The students have to make up the bulk of the attendance.

I watched the A&M game. Clempson could not stop them in the 2nd half and they were lucky to win. A&M QB threw for 430 and 3 TDs.

watched that game in a brewery outside of lambeau field. funny side story, EO was blocked on the hotel's wifi (apparently was blacklisted)

EO's got a lot of enemies for such a garbage site!

Another great thing about BC getting gameday this week is the fact that ND didn't get it. :-)

Nov. 10: Florida State at Notre Dame — This is one you can go ahead and write down in ink as well, regardless of how the Seminoles and Irish are doing at this point in the season. This will be nearly 25 years to the day of GameDay‘s first campus visit, for a Nov. 13, 1993 game between No. 1 Florida State and No. 2 Notre Dame — a 31-24 win by the Irish that was one of the most memorable games of the 1990’s. This feels like an obvious spot for GameDay to celebrate GameDay.

I know I am out of the loop but I can’t figure out what this means. Can u elaborate? Is your tailgate spot too far from where they are doing gameday?

The way I read it, It sounds like you are saying fans can’t start tailgating until a certain time in the day. Shirley, that can’t be right. Can it? If so, wtf?

Can’t tailgate until 5 pm.

If I tried to drink for 8 hours before the game I’d never make it inside.

I also live 45 minutes away. I’m not getting up at 7:30, driving to BC, driving home after Gameday and back to campus like 4 hours later.

hopefully, some BC fans bought tickets as well.

Cheapest tickets on StubHub are in ZZ (upper endzone) @ $125.
Is there a way to tell how many tickets are available?

Yup, it wouldn't surprise me if Clemson fans purchased a majority of the tickets in the last few days.

how much are the tickets in the EO section? I assume they will be a bit more since they are "all-inclusive".

Doubtful. I bought one the day of the game before heading down to BC. There were plenty of seats and upper end zones weren't full at any point in that game. BC overpriced those tix and held them hostage until they realized it too late.

Both sites in 2005 and 2009 were in the exact same place. The stage was set up directly in front of Carney, with the crowd stretching back towards the quad.
