Was that a night game? And, technically, Rouse didn't "drop" it because somehow the ball managed to go straight through his hands without ever actually making contact with any part of his body.

Those ARE NOT BC MODS. This is a Militant-style conspiracy, all eyes on me UNSEALING INDICTMENTS.

First, those Mods are CLEAN, there are no man-sized holes hacked in the walls, all the doors are attached, and it looks like the furniture hasn't been assaulted by violent drunks who failed to hook up at The Kells and/or had to wait more than 20 minutes for Chinese food at 3am. It's November ... no way a Mod gets out of September without major structural trauma. THOSE ARE NOT BC MODS.

Second, the shotgun guy can't actually shotgun; he looked like he was trying to kiss the can, and it wasn't a beer; he was pretending to shotgun an orange soda. NOT A BC STUDENT. BC students can shotgun and they shotgun beers.

Third, the Mod doors appear to have some kind of a button lock on them - this is obviously ridiculous. The Mods in my day might have had locks, I truly don't know, but around 60% of them could be entered by lifting the glass sliding door out of its tracking mechanism, which is precisely what the Can Ladies did in the morning. Only someone who had no experience with BC Mods would put locks on the doors.

That footage is an appalling conspiracy.
