I went to a high school game last night. Both quarterbacks were infinitely more accurate than Brown. Both were sophomores.

A system that is run dominant can work, it's a decent counter to today's spread defenses. However, you need things to make it work. A dominant O-Line (non negotiable), a dominant back (non negotiable), a defense that can keep it a one score game (non negotiable, because you're not prepared to throw). We only have one of these things. This system needs to go, we simply don't have the chess pieces for it

the playcalling doesn't help but this OL is incredibly overrated

I came into the year hearing a lot about it, but it's all hype. Outside runs are blown up by gap-shooting LB's and inside runs are just a running back running into the center's ass for 1.5 yards. It's always 3rd and 7, which should never seem insurmountable but always does
