My tailgate parking pass is in lot W which is next to the RV lot & right next to Rankin Track and field.

On the fence right now due to some kids travel sports obligations that I’m lobbying to have us skip. Will probably wait till end of the week to make the call but if we go, I’ll swing by. I hope billy/Bobby is well.

Billy is doing great. He is working for a great company and has a awesome GF & I expect to see a wedding soon.
He was planning to join my son & I on this Purdue road trip but looks like job has him booked for that weekend.

is your son actually considering purdue or is this just an excuse to go to the game? be honest...

Actually Purdue will likely be one of his top choices.
He wants to study Aerospace Engineering.

Although I did mention that NC State & Va Tech both offers Aerospace Eng and I suggested we could visit those schools Oct 6th & Nov 3rd as well.

good luck... engineering is a tough field. trust me, I’ll be visiting college station on December 8th... which just happens to line up with a bc basketball game

Aerospace Engineering is a great field.
People underestimate aerospace's contribution to the U.S. economy in my opinion.
But the factories are booming and have been for the past 5 years or so.

don't let him wear mom jeans to the campus tour. or, maybe in this millennial day and age, that will give him a leg up. i just can't tell anymore

but it's good to know you attended one of our historical rivals, kentucky state. maybe armin tamzarian can get that home and home back on the schedule and not rely on the bowl committees to put the games together

Little nervous to begin with, but they have been shredded through the air and on the ground. I expect another good day from Brown, and Dillon gets 200+

Gameday talking heads all seem to be picking Purdue in an upset as part of their upset saturday theme.

I 'm not so confident about this game until I see the BC offensive line play more football. They have enough playing time across the line to be a force, and frankly that hasn't been proven yet. The oline has been a key for 5 years, and nothing is different this year. The stakes are just higher this season because of the accumulated experience and having a back like Dillon. Doesn't mean it won't happen, but, the first two games proved nothing, and I am not sold that the Wake defensive front was that stellar. That impression could all change today, with Wake hosting ND and with this game with the Boilermakers.

I'd like to see BC getting Dillon on the perimeter more, with swing passes or screens and let him work outside the tackles.

I am just hoping for a win, so BC 31-28.
