Ok, it's a small thing, but I'm surprised Daz was smart enough to tell AB to kill a few seconds before taking a knee. That's the type of bonehead time mismanagement that would've cost us games in 2015.

BC gifted Wake 14 points and made this game way closer than it should’ve been. That said, AB was decent and the OL played well. ST and the run D were trash. If this team is gonna do anything, they need to fix that

That's a good win and Brown proved good enough to beat the mediocre teams. He'll need to be better by Miami, but promising. Chance to be great.

Yeah, no. BC choked away 14 points and still essentially won by 14 (garbage td doesn't happen if they aren't down 14). Wake stinks but they are the 3rd or 4th best team on this schedule

He missed one kick. What happened on that one? I saw the kick fly into the OLine but missed the snap, hold and actual kick.

I did. Strachans family did not appreciate my critical assessment of our less than good team

Okay just got back from the event with the Alumni (of which I am not a part.) I'll take the win. Good things:

• QB Brown, MVP for the game
• Defense forcing all those 4th downs
• The INTs!!! (and the 3rd one that they should have got)
• Quite a few sacks at the end for the D
• No one got hurt
• BC is at the moment, the only FBS team with 3 wins and no losses

Not so good things:

• BC was never in control of this game
• what was it, 300 yards rushing for Wake Forest? Unacceptable
• Stupid penalties

Horrible things:

• I think BC stopped Wake Forest on 4th down once out of seven times or was it eight?
• Special teams looked like Special Needs

Right now I am happy. They got a win on the road vs a team that has done nothing but give BC fits every single year. So I am happy. I'll take it. I'll be cross and critical later but for right now, happy

Not as bad as losing 3-0 or 34-10, but yes, I thought BC would look better overall in this game. They still put up 41 points. Clean up the special teams and it's a comfortable win.

Pretty much this. Brown needs to be average to keep defenses honest. Will be more difficult against non-shitty teams.

Other than that, I thought OLine run blocking looked very poor. Dillon seemed to get stuck behind the line frequently, yet ended up with 180-something on 33 carries, so what do I know? I guess Brown was simply decent!

Shocked we had clock awareness at the end of the game (we didn’t snapping a running clock with 25 seconds on the playclock with 9 min to go up 2 scores). I’ll take it

Brown was excellent today. He was the reason why we are all either a little happy or mildly annoyed VS being batfuck BPD crazy right now. Wake's game plan was almost brilliant. Basically:

• Stop AJ Dillon at ALL COSTS (even if it means BC receivers are wide open all night, which they were)
• Go with a hurry up offense to "gas" BC's defense
• Be opportunistic on special teams
• Don't have any penalties

I think Wake played to the maximum of that team's ability tonight and their game plan (utterly ignoring BC's passing game, just hoping for dropped passes) had a slim shot of actually getting a win. They needed Brown to miss a few, which he didn't. They needed the receivers to drop a few, which they didn't. So, its all good.
