I couldn't find anything about any such ACC rule. I saw something where the ACC thinks there SHOULD be a rule REQUIRING injuries to be reported to make betting fair (like the NFL does). no idea what Daz is talking about. he had a tough day coaching Saturday and was (as he put it) "worn out" so maybe he was making shit up.
