I saw a Kiper prediction that he would be 23 so pleasantly surprised by 14. Congrats to Chris.

Someone needs to find TGOSB's post that he was too small to play OL in the ACC.

The Giants are the new Cleveland. What a dumpster fire. Haskins is the best QB in the draft. What is going on?

Did you see him sitting in the back of the Lindstrom's TV room? So awkward. He had a "are we standing now?" moment.

Feeling like a "Zach Allen to the Patriots at 56" moment may be coming soon. Perfect Belichick DE and not a prototype edge rusher for most.

will harris to the lions in 3rd round

nfl net with some shoutout to that position group, 'boston college is at the point where they're putting defensive backs into the league every single year and will harris is the first of several we may see this draft'

Hope that trend continues even though Campanile left.

Justin Simmons
John Johnson
Isaac Yiadom
Kamrin Moore
Will Harris
(maybe Lukas Denis and Hamp Cheevers)

As a longtime BC fan, never thought I'd see 5 BC DBs drafted over 4-year span.

May be a while before the next BC guy is taken. Best available list after 89 picks according to ESPN: Tommy Sweeney currently 62, Hamp at 87 and Wyatt Ray at 90.

-Lukas Denis to Tampa Bay
-Aaron Monteiro to Miami
-Conor Strachan to Jacksonville
-Ray Smith to Detroit
-Hamp Cheevers to Tennessee
-Wyatt Ray to Cleveland

Disappointing.

Some seniors could have been drafted but Hamp coming out early and failing so badly speaks to a major flaw in the NCAA system. Kid should have a chance for another year...

BC connections might have been a factor with some of these signings. Two to Tennessee (Vrabel), two to Jacksonville (Coughlin), a second player to Detroit (Pasqualoni), and one to Miami (Flores).

EDIT: I guess that's what you meant by "BC connected locations" I read too fast

Hamp has to be one of the dumber bc athlete decisions in a while. I mean he had to have known how much he weighed, how many reps he could do, and how fast he’d test before declaring right? There just aren’t any 165 lb players in the league and if there are, they run in the 4.3s. Hope it works out for him and he’s close to / finished his degree

W Ray - I think the film was unhelpful to him as far as Run defense.

I basically watch at least half of their games each year. Now it appears I will have reason to watch more of them. Congratulations Allen.
