Dillon beat out Josh Jackson from VT for the ASCMA (Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association) Offensive ROY and Lamot won Defensive ROY per the UVA/VT beat writer in Newport News, VA, not sure how this will translate to the ACC/league awards.

#Hokies redshirt freshman QB Josh Jackson finishes second to Boston College freshman RB A.J. Dillon in ACSMA ACC offensive rookie of the year voting. Dillon had eight more votes than Jackson (10-2). Jackson also finished behind Dillon in overall rookie of the year voting (9-2).
