One of the few smart decisions Bates made was standing up to the FSG when they tried to pressure him into playing Yukon at Fenway last season.

Yukon's Super Bowl. We could lose this game if they sell out to stop the run and let Captain Checkdown throw 2-yards on 3rd and 8.

Captain Checkdown looks even worse tonight than usual which is a pretty low bar

Yeah. But, he was clearly the better QB at the Spring Game.

Posted: Sat Nov 18, 2017 8:06 pmIt's been a long time since I listened to the radio broadcast, and let me say that it is a real half ass second rate broadcast. Meterperelle is awful...little down and distance or telling where the ball is on the field. Clearly he thinks he is a real clever broadcaster, though. Cronin is just as bad.

Wade generally throws a good ball down the middle of the field when he sets his feet. The stuff to the sidelines are terrible and one will be a pick 6.
