Let me tell you something...
You saw the rain dirty valley
I saw Brigadoon
You saw the crescent
I saw the Whole Of The Moon
It IS here and it IS beautiful!
Best three skill players - Brown, Dillon, White...all freshman. Add in Petrula and you have four first years on offense. The entire starting offense is coming back next year.
Many of you do not have the privilege - as I do - of being at least 1/4 Sicilian-American. If you did, you would know of a term of great honor and distinction:
"Cumpare"
My mother would regale me with tales of her Cumpare who would come all the way from Malden to Jamacia Plain to visit his Nonna. Every Sunday. Every Sunday.
So why don't we talk about a man who shows up every Saturday for BC fans? (And sometimes, Friday).
To paraphrase President Kennedy...
All BCGuys, wherever they may live, are citizens of Chestnut Hill, and, therefore, as a free man, I take pride in the words "Addazio è mio cumpare".
