Yeah at the very least I'd like to think this means it's being discussed

I'm glad MJ didn't feel the need to respond. Until there is something to say, there is no reason to say anything. As inconvenient it may be for the media and fans, BC runs on its timeline.

If they're going to fire Addazio they're going to move quickly on another coach. There's no reason to announce the first domino until the second one is ready to fall.

I agree. With the early signing day, you can no longer leave the job vacant for a few weeks while you do your search. It's best to make a quick move to try a preserve those players who are committed to the school.

After some thought, I am sadly in the "not fired" camp. Not for any reason, just BC is sort of clownshoes at these things and sticks to its decisions longer than it should - like that friend you had who was still in love with the chick that was banging other dudes in the bathroom while he recited poetry outside the door. Hard for one man, however much he may be enabled, to overcome the momentum of generations of White-Mountain-for-everybody apparatus.

On an unrelated note, I was just reading about Charlie Strong porking the Louisville trustee's wife - the photos of that chick are hilarious. She looks like a porn star snapped at the cocktail hour of a 'lifetime achievers in money shots' award show. Strong banging a trustee, Petrino's volleyball player motorcycle thing, and Pitino getting blown by that nasty-ass cat lady, Louisville is a program that really pushes all the frontiers.

This means nothing...some hack called the athletics department and an assistant answered. I am holding out hope since it was a holiday weekend, but I don't think we live in a world where BC makes a bowl and a coach gets fired.

1. Why am I not surprised that girl has a black dildo?
2. What is she doing now?
3. I would have done her back in ‘09; I definitely would have worn a rubber though.

Addazio needs to go. I was one of the last on the board to think so. It wasn't until the NC State game, but thought he deserved to finish out the year.

Most Power 5 programs would have fired him after year 3. He had an extremely long leash and was given six years without being able to get more than 7 wins. That's simply not good enough. BC needs to strive for much better. I have zero confidence that he gets more than 6 or 7 wins if brought back next year. I don't even hate Addazio and think we could have done a lot worse when hired but it's time.

To be fair it'll be fun to see whether it's 6-6 with a bowl win or 7-5 with a bowl loss next year

Can we timestamp this?

I say he'll be gone the Sunday after Thanksgiving, 2020.

The team blew THIS year. The offensive line with some 164 starts (or whatever the fuck those 5 lineman have got) had virtually no control of the line of scrimmage all season long against kids 2 and even 3 years younger than them. Should have been a piece of cake running the ball and getting first downs what with a Heisman hopeful at running back.

ACC Coastal is garbage so it won't take much for Brown to win there. Plus, access to the south for recruits etc.

He's 67 and has been out of the game for 5 years.

Based on his OC and DC the hire isn't as bad as you think.

Dude stop posting. You'll sound smarter.

Pass the UNC econ test, I could use another degree.

Brown was a lazy recruiter at Texas. Now he is supposed to bring in more talent at 67 to UNC?
