Can the BC ticket office/marketing get anything right?

Last week when more ND tix were released at 10am, they were supposed to send an email with a access code. 10:10, still no email, ticket office phones have a wait and i get the code through a chat and by then, who gives a shit. I'll get better seats on StubHub for cheaper.
Today, Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off game. Email goes out WITH NO ACCESS CODE!!! WTF, how incompetent. Also, the school pre-sale started Thursday, 06/01/17 at 10:00 am. Why are you emailing me today? Do we want to make sure I have awful seats to see a shitty product.
Why should we care when the school cant get basic stuff right. It is frustrating and Mickey Mouse.

Don't go to that stupid event at Mohegan Sun. I went last year and it was completely and totally unenjoyable.
